Hotel and restaurant

Repvåg fjordhotel has 71 rooms with en suite facilities. We also have 8 apartments. These each have self catering facilities for up to 8 persons. The hotel is a beautifully renovated fish factory with decorations and the right atmosphere that preserves the culture of the coast of the north Norwegians.

Our characteristic maritime restaurant with a capacity for 120 persons is decorated with a variety of artefacts made of drift wood and objects of the fishing industry.

Sea fishing

We can offer you sea fishing trips from our places Repvåg and Sarnes.
Should you wish to feel a really big fish on your hook, then Repvåg and Sarnes are the right places to venture from.
The coast of Finnmark has one of the world’s richest fishing grounds. The fishing industry has been the main occupation for more than a thousand years. Here you can fish under the midnight sun.
It is light the whole day from the second week in May to the second week in August. Here catching a fish is guaranteed. This is where the big ones live; other places they just visit!

Halibut festival

The first week in June, Nordatlantik-tours arrange a Halibut Festival at our place in Repvåg.

- There are 45 contestants.
- They catch about 6-8000 halibuts in one week.

The festival is now in its sixth year and is a big success.
