We also suggest visiting the picturesque fishing village Gjesvær. From Gjesvær, you have a faboulous view of Gjesværstappan Nature Reserve, home to one of Europe´s largest bird colonies. Millions of atlantic sea birds spends their summers on this archipelago. In addition, Gjesvær is one of the most beautiful spots to gaze at the midnight sun.

Honningsvåg is the largest town in the North Cape area. Here you can wander along the harbor promenade, shop in our local stores, visit a gallery or learn more about the local history at the North Cape museum.
