About Perleporten Kulturhus
Perleporten Kulturhus is a cultural venue located in a former meeting house from the 1950s, restored and reopened as a cultural hub in 2012. The house hosts concerts, theatre performances, exhibitions and festivals, and includes Sjøgata Pub together with an in-house brewery.
Visitors can experience the well-known summer theatre performance “Our Northernmost Life,” which shares stories from everyday life on Magerøya, or attend concerts and gatherings throughout the year in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The venue also offers a café, bar and brewery shop, making it a natural meeting place for both locals and guests.
Perleporten Kulturhus provides insight into the cultural life of Honningsvåg — shaped by the sea, the community, and the rhythms of life in the far north.
